FAQs

Are you a broker?

No. We oversee your full flying profile and suggest how to allocate to one or multiple suppliers. We manage your day-to-day flying and provide quotes on an ad hoc charter basis. Unlike a broker, we do not charge any commission on any contract or individual flight.

Will you save me more money than the cost of your fee?

Yes. We have always saved our clients far above our annual fee, even when we keep them with their existing provider. 

Our main role, however, is to advise you on all your flying needs. We will lay out every angle for you, but the ultimate decision on which route to take is yours. Our clients do not always choose the cheapest option, so the level of savings varies. 

Will you work with my existing provider or broker?

Absolutely. We have relationships with all the main providers, such as NetJets, VistaJet and Air Partner, and are happy to work with them on your behalf or in a supporting role. 

As we aren’t commissioned, we can be completely transparent about all of our discussions, while ensuring our clients retain their existing relationships, should they wish.

Do I fly enough to warrant your services or fee?

Most of our clients take 5+ trips per year using private aircraft. Any less than this, and you may be better served by a single operator or traditional charter broker, which we are happy to recommend based on your location and our actual experiences.

I’m thinking about buying a plane. Can you help?

We have purchased and sold several aircraft for our clients. We can work with you on a variety of scenarios and help you to explore the current market, which is particularly useful if you are only in the ‘consideration phase’. 

We can then see you all the way through to purchase and completion, and are also on hand with any ongoing maintenance of your asset needed.
